To redeem a reward when ordering online, add all of your items to your cart and then go to the Cart. Once you’re in your cart, you will see your available rewards to redeem. Click the button that says ‘Apply reward’ for the reward you wish to redeem.

To redeem a reward in-store, click on the reward and then click the “Redeem in Store” button. The app will ask you if you are sure that you want to redeem the reward. Click the ‘Continue’ button and present the reward to a staff member who will apply the reward for you. If you see a barcode next to the screen, a staff member must scan your barcode to redeem your reward. Be careful not to hit the ‘Mark as Used’ button, as this will make the reward disappear from your account. 

Yes, though the best ordering experience is through the app. 

No. You can only use one reward redemption per purchase. If you have multiple automatic rewards activated, they will be applied one at a time.

Rewards points expire one year after they are earned. To check when your reward expires, click on the reward and read the fine print. 

Make sure you have the most recent update downloaded.
